CAROL CHUE MEI WEN IS BACK~!! and LEE YONG FENG is leaving. So we had this BBQ gathering. We used to have lots of BBQ in the past, but I believe non of us feel sian of it. It was the whole process that we actually enjoyed it together. Credits to Ivan as well, it was his first time taking the initiative to organise. And of coz thanks to Kang, Gong and me myself for preparing the food. I had to rush down to the BBQ pit immediately after my work. It was tiring that day but everything was worth it just for this group of friend whom I have know for around 16-18yrs.

After BBQ, we went to sing KTV~!! Until around 1am. No voice also dont care sing until siao~!! It was a previledge coz we had 3 cars that day, after KTV we went for supper at yishun den drive around to different places to slack. Whole thing ended quite abruptly coz Mei Wen had to go back and all of us were tired.

During the day we had leaders’ meeting @ Pan Pacific hotel. It was an experience somehow same as the one we had in Rising Star. Just that we had more speaker this time and I learnt alot that day. Its cool to have meetings in hotel. Nth much to talk abt just that the feeling was superb.

Night time was our Appco Christmas Party. You can see 300+ different movie characters walking around in DXO. It was one of the best party I ever been to. Public on the 2nd floor were like mouth wide opened coz it was too happening that they hope to be in the same party as us lol. I dressed up as a chinese vampire that day. The make up was pretty last minute but still look decent. Before the party start, we were walking around in public with those costume. Everyone was treating us really like movie stars with all the attention.

Last post was about 3weeks+ ago. Hardly have any time to blog nwadays. If you guys notice the trend, I update blog about once per 3weeks.  But everytime I blog, I make sure I post lots of juicy stuff for you guys to read and view

Maybe you are wondering, how come I have time to blog today, its all thanks to MC lol. Very reluctant to stay at home, wanted to work but since I have all the time, shall make full use of it. Will be posting around quite a few entries.

Before I start my engine, shall upload pics of my tattoos, finally able to find someone to take for me.

The latest 2 tattoo are actually Thai Buddha Script with some meaning. These kind of tattoo I swear is more painful x99999 than normal tattoo. Its those traditional which doesnt use machine. The Divination Master use that super thick needle and pierce it one by one. Imagine someone using a super thick needle to continously poke the same area. I gek until sibeh buay tahan. But what matter most is that the end product is excellent. “)

It was a fabulous trip with the company. Didnt spent much money coz they sponsored everything jajajaja.. shiok.. Everything was great, the food, the 2 hrs massage, the pool activities, and many more, especially the fun with different ppl in the company.

I often went to batam in the past but this time it was a totally different feeling. The place we stay are not those chupalang resort which I used to stay, the activities and the things I learnt during the trip were also different. This “Rising Star” tag really gave me a huge boost of confidence. This time I shall not talk much abt the trip cause I have taken sufficient photos to paint a picture in everyone’s mind =)

This is a very smooth sailing week for me. But I think it was my hard work that pays off. Starting from Monday, I am suppose to go office to sit in the core leaders’ meeting then give Fadhli Training. Fadhli is a new member of our team, because Niki is busy sometimes, and of coz she wants to give me the chance to learn how to train people so everytime I have to stick closely with Fadhli.

Upon reaching office, Niki told me that I am being selected for lunch treat by Joval ^^ But of coz its nt abt the lunch, but rather the opportunity to meet people from credits, tel-co and more importantly James, our Vice President of Appco Asia. This actually gives me encouragement of being recognize for the things I have done in the company because from each company only has 1 or the most 2 representatives.

This week, I changed my approach when heading to the field. But I will not elaborate much. Sometimes its just a small thing that makes you a great person, or a small thing that makes big difference. I have always been doing things the right way, but by doing these will only categorize urself in the “good” grp where else, by doing just that little bit more, with that cutting edge, it will upgrade yourself being good to become the best. I have done extremely well in sales today (4CCs) due to the fact of the change I made, which the change is only just a small “thing”. I hope that this will actually stick on my head till the day I die coz not only in work I will apply it, but also in life.

Lastly, I am soooooooo happy that I am being selected for the Rising Star trip. Once again, it is actually a recognition of the hard work I have put in and the great results I have shown. To me, the tag “Rising Star” is someting I am very concern about. As I mentioned in my older post, since young, I am always being rated as a Rising Star, Wonderkid or the raw material before becoming a gem. And because I am ambitious, I really want my name to associate with these tags in everything I do. What I have done in the past are always disappointments to people around me. Maybe in the past, those tags really just comes so easily but this time I can swear its really very tough to earn myself this tag. Being more mature now, I will get it right this time to keep this Star forever rising instead of falling, developing from Wonderkid to Superstar and processing the raw material to become the most valuable gem. With these I really hope to continue building the strong reputation in the company as well.

Will be setting off this Friday. Hopefully the pics of the Rising Star trip will be uploaded this Sunday if I am not tired when I get back And also hope to find someone kind enough to help me take pictures of my tattoos coz this is a overdue request.
