These few weeks is like a break for me. Hungry ghost no business.. waste my time go advertise.. which I still don’t know until an experienced agent whom I once co-broke with told me abt it.

2nd week of hungry ghost.

Jacky: Kiff hows business doing lately?

Kiff: Sibeh jialat leh.. gt buyer but dun wan to attend viewings. gt alot of lobangs but no one seems to be interested. somemore advertise liao..

Jacky: wah why u waste time and money go advertise? Hungry ghost is lydat one.. when hungry ghost end arh?

Kiff: 18th of sep.. still gt 2 weeks.

Jacky: I will be going on another holiday for 2 weeks, come back just nice. Meanwhile you can take a break lar. When I come back den we work together again.

At that point of time, my mind is like tio jackpot. u noe the jackpot machine showing HUNGRYGHOST HUNGRYGHOST HUNGRYGHOST. This is when I know what went wrong. tmd.. b4 that I keep asking myself.. “eh property nw so hot, market booming how come lydat arh” After the call I was telling myself “eh WTF, hungry ghost how come I nv think abt it…” so I blame myself for being noob -.- but anyway still new in this field mah. at least now I know liao.. nxt time b4 hungry ghost must do preparation.

So actually lately, I have been staying at home most of the time, helping my sis-in-law to look after DaDa. Then maybe play some games, do some reading and web surfing, den night time meet Rix and Gong talk cock.. and I know its damn gh3y to meet them everynight but most of the time we will be watching channel 8 at the kopi tiam under my blk, machiam those ahpek lydat.. 3 words to describe. SIMPLE. RELAX. BUDGET.

Weekend will be abit more happening la although its those same old shit. Mj, Basketball, KTV. KTV for consecutively 3 weeks, and I realise that singing female songs makes me enjoy KTV sessions more LOL coz its challenging. My parents always tell me, b4 I was born, doctor scanned and told them that they will be giving birth to a baby girl. Dunno hw come I came out as a boy -.-

This weekend shd be slightly different. Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon fully pack with friends’ birthday.. 4 hit combo. gg no remake. But looking forward on Friday’s one. shd be damn happening.. heh heh heh *Gong u shd know what I mean*

Hope that my life will be more happening and productive in the coming weeks so that can post more interesting stuff for u guys to see and read.
