I am looking for people who are keen in doing sales for a start and slowly advance to management roles as you proceed. No sales experience nvm, I just need you to have positive mental attitude, and really strong as a individual.

Sales training will be provided so dont worry. This training is total pawnage cause everywhere we go, we own property agents, we own insurance agents or credit card agents. I dare to say in sales industry, I have never seen anyone stronger than us. So if you really want to become good at sales, this will be the right place for winners.

After you hit criteria in sales, you will move up to form your own team, train people and take on leadership roles. All I can say is, prospect is good, travel opportunities are alot as well. Salary wise it depend on how zai you are, I have people in my company earning 1k+ every single week. So you judge yourself whether you have the strong mentality and belief. I will be training and teaching you all the right things and build a strong character in you to be like those who is earning 1k per week or even more.

Without realizing, I have been working in the company for 1month+ le. Time really flew so quickly and I didnt realize the huge change in me. My post are boring without pictures, so I am getting ready to take as many pictures as I can for the next few events that is going to happen.

First of all, Team gathering at Raffles Hotel this saturday its my first team outing with everyone, I am v sure that fun level will be max and of cause photos will tell thousand of story. Will update a post for it when its done.

Next is actually a Raising Star event that only few people will be selected for me. Of course, I hope to be selected as well. Its on 11th Dec at Bintan or Batam, cant recall. If I am really selected, it will b my first trip in the company.

3rd is the Christmas Party at DXO on 23rd Dec. Theme for the party will be MOVIE~!! Still haven decide what to dress up for that day, only thing I have in mind now is Astro Boy but hMm… I would love to dress up as a very cool character, super hero.. Was thinking of X-Men but dont know which character suits me. Looking forward for this party too lol.

Last is actually the rally at KL on 5th Feb. Will be the first Rally I am participating and I really hope to receive awards on that day. Working so hard for it now.

Above are things that are going to happen, but now I shall share with everyone what had already happened.

After my promotion to Corperate Trainer, life is getting more tough and bz each day. More responsibility and more things to learn. Leadership quality is still something I am trying to mould within myself. I swear I have the abilities but I just didnt fully unleash it and of cause by taking first step taking leadership can actually improve by learning more from people around me.

Past few weeks, we actually have people from Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia to come our office to learn things from us as Singapore is doing so well. But of course this is not a one way learning, we also learnt alot from them as well especially those from Philippines. Was selected for the exclusive chill-out session at M Hotel, J bar. It was my 2nd time there but I had totally different and mixed feelings. First time there was pretty noisy because of the live bands so could not really hear what other people is talking. 2nd time, I actually spent more of the time outside at the smoking area where its so cooling enjoying the breeze from a high level, most important of all is to enjoy cig while chilling out.

Last week, went to DXO with colleagues. Seems like going to such places will soon be part of my life again hah.. Reminds me of my army days, although I dont really like this kind of places, it was actually the people that helped me enjoy my time. But it will be better without any alcohol for me :X

The pace has been so fast for me since I start working, and I realize that I actually have lots of things to blog about, just that it took me so long to update that when I do so, I forgotten lots of stuff which I wanted to share with everyone. Still trying to improve on my time management, find some time to blog more oftenly so that will have more happening stuff to share, at the same time I can slp early, settle everything I need to do daily instead of throwing them aside till weekend coz most of the time weekend i will be outside.

But I have to admit, my life is so meaningful now, at the same time I can feel myself becoming a better person each day. I swear I can feel it and this power within me can own anyone anytime.

Nothing much this time but next week onwards my updates will be more regular, more happening, more pictures, more detail, more fun. The past few post, I always update in a tiring state of mind which is y maybe may seems boring cause din really share my thoughts and opinions.

Last of all, I want to thank Niki for everything and the book that you have given me. I know you will be reading my blog. And I know its abit obvious but it is really what I want to do, that is to thank u.

Before I end this post, I want to congratulate Aaron for your promotion, and last but not least, CAROL CHUE MEI WEN WELCOME BACK TO SINGAPORE. FUCKING HELL EXCITED LOL. will be seeing u soon, miss u so much man. U better book me in advance if not i will be damn busy :X
