Sales training will be provided so dont worry. This training is total pawnage cause everywhere we go, we own property agents, we own insurance agents or credit card agents. I have linked Adam Khoo’s blog to mine. For those who like philosophies, investment or need inspiration or motivation, he is the answer to everything. For those who heard of him or know who he is, you guys know how power is he. For those who dunno, go check out his blog or books.

Last night, me Ivan and Gong went for a seminar (not Adam Khoo’s seminar) but he is the special guest appearance and gave a 1hr+ speech. He is my role model, someone who achieve a million at the age of 26. You guys shd really listen to him talk he does make an impact. Initially, I only jio Ivan for the seminar cause we always talk about “life and philosophies”, most importantly I know he is also a fan of Adam Khoo. As for gong, I didnt ask him, mayb he is not so enthu coz everytime when I talk to him about it, he dont seems interested. But everything is fated lar bcoz 3 of us always gh3y together so in the end gong oso went.

At least I can say that for someone who is not so enthu like gong oso became enthu after listening to Adam Khoo. Many of the things he said are very true. It was a night of learning and was well worth coz we made the correct choice to invest our time in the seminar

In the few days, you guys might probably receive my email or SMS. What is it about? For those who visit this blog, I would like to share with you guys first.

As everyone know, I am currently working as a Real Estate Consultant. In my 23 years of life, I had lots of experience in sales jobs or jobs which requires me to interact with people and I am comfortable with it. I realize I enjoy doing these and this is part of the reason why I am in this field now. Before I switch to this job, my good friend Ashley told me something which makes me give a serious thought. “JQ, we are people who can make a difference, people who are good at talking and influencing others. Why not give it a try?” I have to admit he is a better speaker than me and that’s the reason why is he earning big bucks working as an Insurance Agent in KL now. But my reply to him was “Ash, Singapore not like KL so easy to do sales one.” I didn’t expect myself to end up being a Real Estate Consultant until I met Dennis Wee and recalled what Ash had told me.

Some short message to those enjoy reading my blog, I am very busy most of the time which is y i only update it every 1 or 2 weeks on average BUT during those days i have not update, I will always try to carry a camera around wherever i go. As compare to my older posts, u can see nt many pictures r taken. Although Im nt around, i always remember u guys who r fans of tis site, therefore i will share as much as i can whenever im on.

Before I begin, I would wan to let everyone noe wad has happened to me coz im tired of ppl asking me abt it and Im oso tired of running away frm it by telling people i work only few days or only on weekdays. For those who dunno, I hav stop working for my uncle already.. many reasons.. many unpleasant things happened. Good pay but not happy gt wad use?

Few reasons which made me came to a decision of quitting the job, and i noe many ppl will ask y i didnt work for my uncle anymore, so i shall explain everything here. My uncle altho is a gd businessman, I feel that he is too traditional and does not accept new ideas to improve his business. From the day I started working for him, I hav suggested many things which he did impliment at first, and things really work very well, even those workers said tat my ideas r gd but gd tings nv last long.. because of his stubborn character and his bad temper, many of his workers started to listen to my instructions and mayb he feel that they dun gif him as much respect as before.. thus at the later part wadever i suggest, he just reject wadever i say. My suggestions is only beneficial to him and his business.. and of coz if he were to hand it over to me in the future, of coz i wan to start some earlier systems to have a gd foundation so that when i take over, things will b better by den.. So im rather annoyed by all these.

2nd reason.. my uncle is a dictator.. someone who controls my life.. even more than my parents. I need to report to him where i go afterwork, wad i do b4 work, he dun let me drink cold water but only hot coffee n tea, he only allows me to bath cold water early in the morning during 7am, he expect me to reach 4-5 hrs b4 working time, he wans me to slp immediately i reach home and lots of other stuff.. at first i can understand y he is doing tis.. mayb he does nt hav a child, mayb all these meant well for me.. but tings gt out of hand as time goes.. he started to shout at me every moment, he started to curse n swear at me whenever i do things which is not his style.. he is trying to mould me into him.. he wans me to b exactly like him which is really driving me crazy..

Last reason.. For those who remember, I have mentioned in my older post, I wanted to start my own sub seafood delivery business to deliver products and provide services to household. I did attempt it.. and pls dun say I 3 fen zhong re du.. things didnt work out well tis time.. On the day i receive Alvin’s order, im very excited abt it coz hes the first person who ordered so much things from me. and on tat day itself, i prepare his orders, wanting to do everyting swee swee for him. Something obstructed me which in the end leave me no choice but to cancel everyting. It was my Uncle. In the previous paragraph which i have mentioned, he alreadi kan wo bu shuang liao. so he didnt wan me to reserve anything, and wadever i do i kena fuck by him for no reason. All his workers also kena fuck by him for no reason most of the time. In such working environment, one wun b happy at all. And after so much things happened to me b4 tat, i finally see some light thinking i hav someting to focus on in my life.. unfortunately all my plan hav to cease.. I tried many ways to fund my own resources from my savings, to continue my seafood delivery plan which im not willing to gif up as it only just started.. things turned out badly.. some might say im impatient some might say im greedy.. But its bcoz of the enthu i hav in me which is y i go all out to chiong. I nv noe when will my uncle hand over his business to me, or mayb wad if tis business fall in the future, wun it b too late for me? Im already 23, I wasted far too much time and I noe if i dun start doing someting abt it, i will forever b the old JQ everyone noe. I just wan to have better future, i just wan to prove everyone wrong for those who doubt me. So no matter wad shit i do, no matter wad happen, im just going to gif it a try..

As i mentioned things turned out badly, i have no regret at all. At least i gif it a try, at least i noe i did go all out for it.. for my dream.
No matter how hard things r now, im happy i hav been tru all these.. i hav gained precious experience which nt everyone has.. it was the darkest part of my life but “Sunset is another way of saying tomorrow will be a better day”. I am now a happy person.. nv so happy in my whole life..

What I like abt tis online shop is that they r different from many others I hav seen or came across. y do i say its different.. the design, interface, web structure and even the way they r displaying their products r done so professionally that it has such a neat and tidy feeling. I have known Jhene in person, shes someone who is veri responsible and enthu when it comes to online shop. So one thing for sure is that they provide excellent service.. Carbon4. This shop is own by a Lasalle fren.. The products they r selling r specially designed. The webbie outlook is also quite nice and creative. you can find things which is associated with doramon+spongebobsquarepants. I can say its a daring attempt but i feel that most of the products look nice too. You will definately wun b able to find similiar products in any local online shops. It has more of accessories as compare to clothes. So for those looking for accessories, u might find wad u wan there.

Added and changed some new interface to my blog. The music player now have more songs for ur selection so maybe when you are in office or in school, and if u need some music to relax, this might be useful

After Mao Arena and Esso Park, we finally found another home base for ourselves. This time, I shall name our new home as Fence Arizona bcoz the court itself is surrounded by double Fence and its a nice place for soccer.

Ok the plan on that day. Xiao Yun will be asking Miss Lee out without letting her know abt the BBQ. Then she will bring Miss Lee to the BBQ pit. The reason so is bcoz we plan to gif her a surprise at the same time making sure that she will be free tat day. If not all our effort will go into waste

Team Present: HuiJun, MeiJun, MeiRu will be in charge of getting the present. We plan to get a watch for Miss Lee. Budget for each person will be around 20bucks. I belif these 3 girls’ de yan guang will be quite good.

Team Cake: HuiYing will be the solo ranger lol. She request to make the cake herself but if anything cock up, she will get one. But I believe u can do it man. Im sure Miss Lee will feel ur effort and sincerity. SOMEMORE WHO DUN WAN TO TASTE UR CAKE?? I have known u for more than a decade and i hav nv try anything made by u lor so u better dun disappoint us :X

Team Drinks and Ice: This task will be assigned to people with car.. Either dancer Chai Xue Jin or Mr Chua Kang Hui will in charge. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP SO THAT I CAN LET THE OTHER PERSON KNOW WHO WILL B BUYING.

Team Food: Me, Ivan, Yong Feng and Hong Chuan will take care of the food. I will try to get some fresh seafood if possible, and we will b doing our shopping mayb 2-3 hrs b4 the BBQ so that no need to defrost and more convenient. By 5.30pm, we will b there to set up the pit making sure that everything will be ready by latest 6.20pm.

Team Chicken Wings: XiaoFeng.. We feel that you r the best candidate for this because ur hse is near the BBQ pit and with the help of your mum, I belif shd b no problem. If anything just let me noe so that I can make changes. Which means u need to buy the chicken wings by latest 2nd May, Saturday den marinate it.

Team Seafood: MeiWen I know u will difinately love tis role. lol.. i need u to meet up with me, Ivan, HongChuan, YongFeng den prepare the seafood coz i noe u love seafood and will do a great job. We will b getting the sauce n stuff den u head to the bbq pit first. One of us will assist u.

For those who are not given a role, if u feel that u r able to help out in any areas or contribute anything, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. afterall more ppl, tings oso more easily done. If anyone of u can reach by 5.30pm, pls do so to help set up the pits.
